God I love food... Here are some of the best foods EVER in my humble opinion - taste and health. If I could eat them everyday, I would. And I always have so much fun cooking with these as the main stars^^
- Avocadoes - I dunno why, I prefer eating them raw with absolutely nothing in it. Just scoop them out from the halves into a small bowl, mash them up, and maybe put a bit of lemon if I'm not too lazy... haha. If I want to make homemade guacamole (my weird Chinese style), I add lemon juice, Japanese mayonnaise, salt, and just a drop or two of Siriachi sauce.
- Yogurt - Because I hate milk, I try to eat yogurt every morning for my daily calcium intake. Greek yogurt is the best. I just eat plain, add a bit of honey, and maybe a few berries if I'm not too lazy.
- Salmon - Maybe it's a Buddhist thing I'm too accustomed to, but I really dislike red meat. I prefer fish and chicken, and salmon is the best fish (in my opinion). I like to grill it with some parmesan cheese on top... It's good.
- Green Tea - Very Chinese, I guess, but I drink it on all my lazy days, curled up in bed and watching a movie or reading a good book. Never drink "flavored" green tea or from these packets, they taste so... much like crap. Artificial crap. The real stuff lies in these dried out bits, they have a really nice and strong flavor :)
